Alexandru Seltea plans to develop an agricultural social enterprise with a focus on supporting people who are out of work for long time, from rural areas. He found the perfect environment to learn how to develop such a business, in Tenerife, where Guadalupe Martin runs a successful social enterprise for many years, supporting unemployed people to find a meaning in their life.<\/h4>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_video link=”https:\/\/youtu.be\/9I7MSaEq2i8″][vc_column_text]\n

Through\u00a0yourKITE project<\/a><\/span> (The initiative to enhance Young people Knowledge and skills on IT and Entrepreneurship and increase their Employability<\/em>), we developed communication and digital media skills, and entrepreneurship knowledge and competences of young people, while promoting volunteering and professional orientation among youth, in order to increase their employability.<\/h4>\n

We presented the yourKITE educational resources to our main stakeholders – youth organizations, NGOs, youth workers, young trainers, young people – through a multiplier event organized at the end of June 2017.<\/h4>\n

Internship Cluj<\/a><\/span> is organized twice per year, during spring and autumn, being adapted to the academic year structure.
